Does Lifestyle Furniture deliver to my area?

Yes, our trucks will deliver right across metro Melbourne, Geelong and interstate. If your home is further away, we can arrange an external carrier depending on your location.


Will Lifestyle furniture notify me prior to my delivery?

Of course! We will inform you once the furniture is received into our warehouse and we will arrange with you a Saturday delivery date that suits.


Can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up from the the showroom between buisness hours. Please notify the team that you are on your way so we can make sure your goods are at the shop.


How long will I have to wait for my furniture?

At Lifestyle Furniture, we do our best to keep producing our Australian made furniture as quickly as possible, although its hard to rush perfection. Our wait times for locally made furniture tend to be 6-8 weeks and our imported ranges are a 10 day turn around.

Please note the delivery date listed on your invoice is only an estimate. We cannot guarantee furniture will be delivered in a specific week.


How much is delivery?

Costs can vary depending on the home location. We recommend you contact you the showroom if you would like to find out the exact cost.

 

What happens if I am not home when the furniture is delivered?

In this unfortunate instance, we will have to arrange another delivery date. You will incur a second delivery charge as our carriers are paid for each delivery.

Are Lifestyle Furniture products Australian made?

Lifestyle Furniture is a proud supporter and retailer of quality Australian made furniture. Our showroom has a large range of furniture from a wide variety of Australian manufacturers.


Do Lifestyle Furniture make custom orders and/or can they change the configuration of the furniture?

As a family business that has been around for well over 35 years, we understand that you may want your own custom variations to fit personal needs, room dimensions etc. As such, on a wide range of products, we let you get the exact configuration you want or we can start from scratch and design furniture perfect for your home.


What fabric and leathers do Lifestyle Furniture offer?

At Lifestyle Furniture, we have a vast range of specialised fabrics to choose from, including fabrics from Warwick and Zepel Fabrics. Our leather collection is also extensive with an excellent array of colour options from NSW and Leather Italia.


Are the products inspected before dispatch?

All products that enter the warehouse are carefully assessed before the product is delivered.


How do I care for fabric furniture?

Lifestyle Furniture recommends applying a fabric protection product to help remove any future liquid and food stains. The Fabric Protector can be purchased at the showroom or online. Three other key tips are to;

  1. Keep the lounge out of sunlight
  2. Swap cushions regularly
  3. Remove stains immediately.

Payments


How do I make payments for my furniture order?

You can pay for your furniture at the Lifestyle Furniture showroom, through direct debit payments, or with a credit card over the phone.


Is a deposit required at the time of ordering?

A minimum deposit of 30% is required.


Can I pay for my order on delivery?

Unfortunately, our drivers will not accept payment on delivery. Prior to delivery, all orders will need to be paid in full before your goods are delivered.


What payments do Lifestyle Furniture accept?

Cash, eftpos, Amex (extra 1.6%) and direct debit.
